Nepenthes clipeata collection survey

Nepenthes clipeata is extremely threatened in the wild, with a very low probability of being viable over the next 50 years. An unknown number of clones of this plant are in cultivation. This survey is part of a conservation strategy to try ex situ conservation by capturing in some way the "domesticated" gene pool of this species.

The Nepenthes clipeata Survival Project will not provide specific information about your collection or contact information to the public or other agencies without your permission. Summary information that includes data about your plants will, however, be made public.

There are two parts to this form.  Part one is for information about you.  Part two is for information about your plants.

Part 1 -- Information about you

Do you grow plants for your private collection or as a commercial or institutional grower?  Commercial growers derive a substantial part of their income from selling plants.
Have you ever seen Nepenthes clipeata in the wild?
May we exchange your name and contact information with other growers listed in the database who are interested in exchanging pollen, seeds, or cuttings? (You must answer "Yes" if you wish to receive such information yourself.)
Would you like to receive updates about the project as well as information on any cultivated plants which are blooming?

I would like to report on Nepenthes clipeata clones or plants.
